The Manual Wheelchair carrier fits onto any 2-hole flange towball and there is no minimum tare weight for this range. This carrier also has a tilt-bed which allows for easier loading. Once positioned correctly, the locking bar secures the wheelchair in place. The adjustable grab handle is comfortable for frail hands.
