COMPRESSION CLASSES (KKL):
● Strong 261: compression class 2
● Strong 361: compression class 3
INDICATIONS:
● Class 2:
Moderate symptoms of venous diseases such as aching heaviness and fatigue in the legs, chronic venous insufficiency, post sclerotherapy, prophylaxis of thrombosis, moderate to severe varicosities, post phlebitic, syndrome, lymphedema, stasis dermatitis due to venous insufficiency, post fracture or post surgical edema, edema from burns, varices during pregrancy, pregnant patients with previous phlebitis.
● Class 3:
More severe presentations of indications for class 2; correctable lymphedema, severe chronic venous insufficiency, post phlebitic syndrome, chronic post surgical venous insufficiencies, severe post thrombotic syndrome, venous ulcers.
